Refund Policy

1. You agree to immediate delivery

The report is digital content delivered immediately. By completing the payment you expressly ask us to start delivering it at once, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers normally have for distance contracts (Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent national rules).

This does not take away the refund rights below.

2. When we DO refund

• You paid but no access key arrived, and after checking with us the payment cannot be matched to your account.
• A technical failure on our side means your report cannot be generated or delivered, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
• You were charged twice for the same order (the duplicate is refunded in full).
• You paid with a card or wallet that was not yours and the payment was not authorised (with proof).
• You bought a reading, nothing has been generated from it yet, and you ask within 14 days of the purchase.

3. When we do NOT refund

• You changed your mind after the report was already generated.
• You disagree with the astrological interpretation. It is offered for reflection and entertainment, as stated in the Terms, and the content is subjective by nature.
• You do not like the writing style of the AI-generated story.
• You lost your access code - we will issue a new one free of charge instead; that is not a refundable defect.
• You gave wrong birth data (wrong date, time or place). You can correct it and generate a new chart, but the generation already spent is not restored.

4. How to ask

Write to vojislav.kukolj@gmail.com with: the certificate number of the report (in the form CA-YYYY-NNNNNN-XXXXXX) or the access code, the email you used, the date and amount of the payment, and the transaction ID if you have it.

We answer within 5 working days. If the refund is approved we return the amount in the same way it was paid.

5. Refunds in cryptocurrency

Because payments are made in TRX, a refund is sent back as TRX to the address you paid from. The amount is calculated at the euro value that was actually received; the network fee and any change in the exchange rate between payment and refund are not refundable. If you prefer, you can take the amount as a reading instead, which avoids both the fee and the exchange-rate difference.

6. Chargebacks and unauthorised payments

If you believe a payment was made without your authorisation, contact us first - we can usually resolve it faster than a dispute. We keep records of every payment (amount, transaction ID, time) and will cooperate with your bank or payment provider.
