1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

• Identification and contact: your name and email address.
• Birth data: date, time, place of birth, and the coordinates and time zone we read from our city database.
• Optional data you type yourself: your current location, your life focus, and any question you write (this is free text - please do not write sensitive data such as health or political opinions).
• Payment data: the amount, currency, payment method, transaction ID and status. We never see or store your card number or wallet keys.
• Technical data: IP address and browser identification, kept in our security log.
• Content created for you: the computed chart, the generated horoscopes and the story text.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers. The only cookie we set is the session cookie needed to keep you signed in to your profile.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To compute your chart and generate your report, and to deliver it to you - necessary to perform our contract with you.
• To send you the automatic email with your access key after payment - performance of the contract.
• To keep the service secure (preventing guessing of access codes, abuse and fraud) - our legitimate interest.
• To keep accounting records of payments - our legal obligation.

We do not send newsletters and we do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.

4. Who else sees your data (important)

To write the narrative we must send part of your data to external AI providers. When a story or horoscope is generated, the following is transmitted: your first name, your birth data, your current place, your life focus and the question you wrote, together with the computed chart.

• DeepSeek (deepseek.com) - AI text generation.
• OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) - AI text generation (a routing service that forwards the request to a model provider).
• Anthropic (anthropic.com) - AI text generation, used as fallback.
• Our hosting provider - where the site and database physically live.
• Our mail server - to deliver the automatic emails.

This means your data may be transferred outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area (these providers are located in the United States and China). The transfer is necessary to deliver what you ordered; if you do not want this, please do not order a generated story.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

• Your profile, charts and reports: while your account exists, and up to 24 months after the last activity.
• Security log (IP address, browser): 12 months.
• Payment records: as long as accounting rules require.
• You may ask us to delete your account and reports earlier - see below.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access a copy of your data,
• correct anything inaccurate,
• delete your data ("right to be forgotten"),
• receive your data in a portable format,
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
• complain to the data protection authority of your country.

7. Keeping your data safe

Access codes are stored only as one-way bcrypt hashes. The site uses HTTPS. The configuration files that hold credentials are blocked from the web by server rules. Access to the administration area is protected by a password and a login attempt limit.

8. Children

The service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If a chart was created for a child by a parent or guardian, the parent or guardian is responsible for it.

9. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page.
