These terms govern your use of this website and the products you buy here. By using the site or placing an order you accept them.
1. Who we are

2. What we sell
We make and sell artisanal candles and soaps. Each item is made by hand in small batches, so small differences in colour, surface and finish are normal and are not a defect.
The photographs on the site show the products as they are. Screens show colour differently, and because everything is hand-poured, the item you receive may differ slightly from the picture.
3. Prices and currency
You can see our prices in euro or in Turkish lira. The euro price is the base price. The lira price is calculated from the current exchange rate and is refreshed automatically, so it can change from day to day.
The amount you pay is the amount shown on your order confirmation.
4. Orders
When you place an order you receive an order number and an email. The order is a request: we write back to you to confirm the shipping cost and how to pay.
Nothing is charged when you place the order.
We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, if the delivery address cannot be reached, or if the price was clearly shown wrongly. If we decline, we write to you and nothing is charged.
5. Payment
Payments are made by bank transfer or in USDT on the TRON network. Card payments are not available yet.
Where the price is agreed in euro, that is the amount due. If you pay in another currency, the amount is set by your bank or wallet at the moment of payment, and any exchange difference is yours.
6. Delivery
We ship from Türkiye. We tell you the shipping cost before you pay.
Delivery times depend on the destination and on the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, by the carrier, or by events outside our control.
If customs or import charges apply in your country, they are yours to pay.
7. Your right to return
You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it. See the Refund Policy for the details. That policy forms part of these terms.
8. Fair use

- · Do not try to break into the administration area or interfere with the site.
- · Do not copy our photographs or our text and use them as your own.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the site running, but it can be interrupted for maintenance or because of problems with hosting or our mail server.
10. Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost profit.
We are responsible for the products we send, in the way the law requires. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country, including your right to return an item.
11. Changes and applicable law
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the last change, and changes apply from the moment they are published.
These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
