This explains what personal data we collect when you order, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect
- · Your name, email address and phone number.
- · The delivery address, city, postcode and country.
- · What you ordered, the amount, the currency and the date.
- · The note you write on an order or in the contact form.
- · Technical data: your IP address, kept in our security log.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- · To take your order, pack it, ship it and answer you: necessary to perform our contract with you.
- · To keep accounting records of sales: our legal obligation.
- · To keep the site secure and stop abuse and spam: our legitimate interest.
4. Who else sees your data
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
Your data is seen by:
- · Our hosting provider, where the site and the database live.
- · Our mail server, to deliver order confirmations.
- · The carrier that delivers your parcel, who needs your name and address.
- · Our bank or payment provider, to check that a payment arrived.
Your data may therefore be handled outside your country. The transfer is necessary to deliver what you ordered.
5. How long we keep it
- · Orders: as long as accounting rules require, which is normally ten years.
- · Messages from the contact form: 24 months.
- · Security log: 12 months.
You may ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. See below.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- · ask for a copy of your data,
- · correct anything inaccurate,
- · delete your data, where the law does not require us to keep it,
- · receive your data in a portable format,
- · object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
- · complain to the data protection authority of your country.
Write to info@christina-constanza.com and we will answer within 30 days. Please write from the email address you ordered with, so we can find your records.
7. Keeping your data safe
The site uses HTTPS. The files that hold credentials are blocked from the web by server rules, and we check that this block works.
The administration area needs a password, and the number of login attempts is limited.
Database errors are never shown to visitors. They go to a log kept outside the public folder.
8. Cookies
We use one cookie: the session cookie that keeps your cart and your language choice. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
9. Children
The shop is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page.
